1. Account Terms

You must provide a valid Indian phone number to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use BookzCart.

2. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By placing an order, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service in addition to ours.

3. Digital Content (eBooks)

When you purchase an eBook, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read the content for personal use. You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or share eBook files
• Remove or circumvent any DRM or access controls
• Use eBooks for commercial purposes without permission
• Attempt to download or extract EPUB files directly

Your eBook access is tied to your account and available as long as your account is active and in good standing.

4. Physical Products

Physical books are shipped across India. Delivery times vary by location. See our Shipping Policy for details on delivery timelines and charges.

Products must be in their original condition for returns. See our Returns Policy for full details.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use automated tools to scrape content or data

6. Intellectual Property

All content on BookzCart — including editorial text, book descriptions, collection essays, designs, and logos — is our intellectual property or used with permission. Book covers and content belong to their respective publishers and authors.

7. Limitation of Liability

BookzCart is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

8. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of BookzCart after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu.
