Shipping Charges
Delivery Timeline
- Metro cities (Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 3-5 business days
- Tier 2 cities: 5-7 business days
- Other locations: 7-10 business days
Business days exclude Sundays and national holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during festivals, sales, or adverse weather conditions.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are typically processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Digital Products (eBooks)
eBooks are delivered instantly after purchase — no shipping required! Once payment is confirmed, your eBook will be available in your Library for immediate reading.
Order Tracking
Track your order status anytime from your Order History page. You'll also receive updates via the phone number or email associated with your account.
Shipping Partners
We partner with trusted logistics providers including India Post, DTDC, and BlueDart to ensure safe and timely delivery of your books. The specific partner may vary based on your location and order size.
Packaging
We take extra care in packaging your books. Each order is packed in sturdy, book-safe packaging to ensure your books arrive in perfect condition. We use bubble wrap for hardcovers and delicate editions.
Unable to Deliver?
If our shipping partner is unable to deliver to your address (remote areas, incorrect address, or multiple failed attempts), we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or process a refund. Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate at checkout.
